Mission
I am looking for a project accountant in the construction industry for a temporary one-month assignment. The position offers the possibility of hybrid working.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, your tasks will include:
• Accounting for and recording supplier invoices
• Responding to calls and emails from suppliers
• Preparing payments
• Checking supplier account statements
• Managing receipts and cancellations
• Being able to process more than 100 invoices per week
• Managing 4 to 8 projects simultaneously
• Assisting at month-end
• Performing 3-way matching and coding
Your profile
What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience in the construction industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Comfortable with a paperless environment
