My name is Romane, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance positions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates within your industry. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll roles.

I am looking for an Accounting Clerk for my client, a company in the distribution sector. This is a permanent, on-site position in Longueuil.

Mission

• Enter and track accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

• Prepare and process payments.

• Make bank deposits.

• Collect and follow up with clients.
• Participate in the preparation of journal entries and month-end closing procedures.

• Generate and analyze reports in Excel (pivot tables, clear presentations).

• Use Sage 300 accounting software and participate in the paperless transition.

• Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication.

Your profile

• College diploma (DEC) in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;

• Fluency in spoken and written French and English; this is required as the candidate will be communicating with individuals and/or companies located outside Quebec;
