Mission
Hi, my name is Océane, Recruitment Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting roles. I handle both temporary and permanent placements in the Greater Montreal area, with a particular focus on supporting accounting firms.
I’m currently looking for a CPA Auditor on behalf of an accounting firm located in Brossard. The firm has around 450 employees and operates across 10 offices in Quebec. They offer flexible working hours, a mainly in-office work model (with 1 day of remote work), and competitive benefits (group insurance, RRSP, health/sports bonuses, etc.).
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out audit, review, and compilation engagements;
- Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients throughout the year;
- Plan and execute year-end file preparation mandates, including the production of annual financial statements and personal/corporate tax returns;
- Make recommendations to the engagement partner on how to improve processes to enhance the team’s efficiency with clients.
Your profile
- CPA designation (required);
- 2–3 years of audit/assurance experience in a public accounting firm;
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Taxprep;
- Experience with Caseware is an asset;
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
