Mission
I am looking for an Assistant Controller for a manufacturing company in Blainville. This strategic position will allow you to contribute to exciting projects, including the implementation of an ERP system, while developing your skills to move into a controller role in the coming years.
Your tasks will include:
-Collaborating on the implementation of the ERP system (needs analysis, data migration, testing, documentation, training).
-Making journal entries and participating in month-end and year-end closing.
-Reconciling accounts payable and managing import-related payments.
-Prepare financial reports and analyze GL accounts.
-Participate in weekly and monthly cash flow monitoring.
-Support accounting processes (invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable).
-Act as interim payroll processor as needed.
-Document and improve accounting procedures to optimize internal controls.
Your profile

Assets:
-Minimum college diploma or vocational training certificate in accounting or information systems.
-3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
-Proficiency in Excel and Word.
-Bilingualism (French and English) required for communication with colleagues in the United States.
-Autonomy, sense of priorities, and attention to detail.
-Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Strong assets:
-CPA designation.
-Experience in ERP system implementation (ideally in SMEs).
-Experience in ERP project management.
