My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speak your language and operate in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for a financial analyst for my client in the real estate sector. This is a permanent position in Brossard with three days a week in the office.
Mission
• Collect the financial information necessary to analyze business performance
• Preparation of monthly presentations of financial results to internal and external clients
• Actively participate in the annual budget process and financial projections
• Identify and propose areas for process improvement based on the optimization opportunities identified
• Manage the treasury operations of portfolios and identified partners
• Preparation of monthly reports (Statistics, cash flow, intercompany report and others)
• Planning and execution of external audits
• Consolidation of financial reports on an annual basis
Your profile
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (CPA/CFA an asset)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions
• Any other combination of study and experience deemed relevant will be considered
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Hopem and/or Yardi software (an asset)
• Knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
• Bilingualism both oral and written (French/English)
