Mission

Position Summary
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for a Maintenance Parts Clerk to support its maintenance team.
The role combines maintenance parts management, inventory control, replenishment, and operational purchasing. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
This position requires someone with a solid understanding of mechanical parts and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the inventory of maintenance parts and ensure proper availability.
• Monitor and maintain minimum/maximum inventory levels.
• Purchase and replenish parts required for production equipment.
• Identify the appropriate parts based on maintenance team requirements.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the CMMS.
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of inventory records.
• Coordinate with the receiving team regarding incoming parts.
• Process transactions and administrative follow-ups in the ERP system.
• Prioritize requirements based on maintenance emergencies and production needs.
• Contribute to improvements in parts-room and inventory management processes.

Your profile

Candidate Profile
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Parts Clerk, Industrial Parts Clerk, Storekeeper, or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of mechanical parts, maintenance components, and industrial equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with inventory management, replenishment, and operational purchasing.
• Comfortable working with a CMMS; ERP experience is an asset.
• Basic Excel skills and good overall computer proficiency.
• Experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or another regulated environment is an asset.
• Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• French required and intermediate English.
