I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a fast-growing company specializing in grain processing, recognized for its strong commitment to environmental sustainability and the promotion of regional agriculture. The work environment is dynamic, versatile, and encourages employee autonomy.
Mission
Customer Service (B2B)
Receive, confirm, and follow up on customer orders by email or phone.
Serve as the main point of contact to understand client needs, provide required documentation, and ensure professional support throughout the process.
Manage a portfolio of recurring clients while maintaining proactive communication, including promptly notifying them of any delays or unforeseen issues.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of service.
Logistics & Transportation
Coordinate transportation and deliveries, including shipments to the United States (Boston, New York).
Enter all order-related information into the internal system and ensure data accuracy.
Handle logistical issues as they arise, propose solutions quickly, and communicate effectively with clients.
Prepare and manage all customs documentation required for shipments.
Oversee logistics related to trailer reception, storage, and order transport/expedition.

Strong organizational skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Fluency in French and the ability to manage English communications (frequent email exchanges).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
A confident personality capable of handling unexpected situations within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Working Conditions
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000, depending on experience.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch break).
Benefits:
Group insurance (50% paid by employer).
RPDP with employer contribution of $2,400/year (no mandatory contribution from the employee).
Annual bonus of approximately 5%, paid quarterly after the probation period.
10 sick days per year.
