Mission
As part of its operations, our client, working in a dynamic distribution environment, is seeking a Procurement agent.
Reporting to the Supply planning supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and supporting overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and analyze supply plans while considering operational and financial impacts
• Maintain and adjust sales forecasts based on historical data
• Generate purchasing plans to support the procurement team
• Review system recommendations and place orders accordingly
• Ensure optimal inventory levels for your product portfolio
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required
• Optimize and maintain supply parameters within planning systems
Your profile
• University degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Significant experience in planning and procurement, ideally within manufacturing or distribution environments
• Strong understanding of MRP concepts
• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management tools
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
