Production supervisor - Day Shift - North shore

I am currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing company recognized for the quality of its products and its collaborative work environment.
Mission
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing production operations, ensuring a strong balance between productivity, quality, and employee well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficiency and quality of operations across workshops (Cutting, Machining, Welding, Finishing).
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of 10 to 15 production employees.
- Plan and schedule production activities according to priorities and available capacity.
- Track and improve performance indicators (cost, quality, delivery).
- Supervise related functions such as warehouse, loading, and shipping.
- Promote a positive and safe work environment, aligned with the company’s human values.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process reliability (LEAN, 5S, problem-solving).
- Analyze failures, issues, and non-conformities, and propose corrective actions.
- Identify optimization opportunities, design and monitor relevant KPIs.
