Mission
Your Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production activities meet planning, quality, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate daily production operations to meet performance, quality, and delivery targets.
• Create work schedules and assign tasks based on production priorities.
• Ensure proper availability of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor team performance and foster continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as attendance, working hours, and overtime.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to support skill development and engagement.
Your profile
Your Profile :
• Proven experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment, ideally in metallurgy, foundry or mechanical parts production.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Proactive approach and desire to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
