Maintenance Supervisor

Mission
Your Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead all maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
• Foster and enforce a strong safety culture (work permits, LOTO, risk analysis, PPE, procedures, inspections).
• Oversee the SAP maintenance management system (CMMS) for scheduling, tracking and documenting interventions.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM) and ensure technical documentation is kept current.
• Work closely with the maintenance planner to manage critical spare parts and minimize downtime.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, and health & safety to align priorities.
• Review and troubleshoot control systems (E&I), identify improvements and implement them with engineering support.
• Apply the Management of Change (MOC) process for all technical or operational modifications.
Your profile
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the chemical or industrial sector.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role in maintenance or operations.
Skills and attributes:
• Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with CMMS tools, ideally SAP.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual (French/English) required.
Working Conditions :
• Competitive salary between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, based on experience.
