This day-shift position is ideal for someone eager to build solid hands-on experience and grow into a more autonomous or planning-oriented maintenance role.
Mission
Your Role :
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. You’ll contribute to diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, executing repairs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Main responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production equipment
• Carry out preventive maintenance and update maintenance records
• Diagnose issues and suggest technical improvements
• Collaborate closely with production teams to reduce downtime
• Support ongoing improvement and renovation projects
Your profile
Your Profile :
• Diploma in Electromechanics (DEP) or equivalent training
• Solid foundations in mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Basic knowledge of electricity and automation (an asset)
• Team player with initiative and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing company
Working Conditions:
• Day shift – 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. (flexible)
• Full-time, permanent position – non-unionized
• Salary between $30 and $40/hour depending on experience
• 2 weeks of vacation
