Process and Technology Manager

This strategic position combines operational performance, technological innovation, and team leadership.

Mission

Your Role

As part of the plant leadership team, you will oversee all technology and process performance for the site, ensuring production efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead the implementation of manufacturing standards, introduce new technologies, and drive process optimization initiatives across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Define, implement, and maintain global process standards across all operations.
-Support operations and engineering teams in commissioning new equipment and performance improvement projects.
-Lead process optimization initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
-Apply SPC tools to maintain process stability and improve product quality.
-Contribute to new product introductions, product transfers, and innovation projects in collaboration with R&D.
-Map and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement (OEE, yield, quality, waste reduction).
-Integrate automation, robotics, AI, and IoT technologies within manufacturing systems.
-Use data analytics to drive performance enhancement and continuous improvement.
-Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards while identifying new technologies to support site development.
-Promote an innovation-driven culture focused on teamwork, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Your profile

Your Profile

-Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
-Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and technology standards.
-Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and manufacturing systems (CMMS, MES, production planning, etc.).
-Solid analytical abilities and familiarity with production data exploitation.
-Proven leadership, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.
-Fully bilingual in French and English (professional level).
-Excellent communication and change management skills.
-Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail.
-A collaborative, creative, and people-oriented team player.

Working Conditions

-Competitive salary between $120,000 and $140,000, depending on experience.
