Mission
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering technical projects related to equipment and installations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure projects stay on budget and schedule, maintain high-quality standards, and actively contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will act as the main liaison between R&D, production, and commercialization teams, ensuring project consistency and performance.

• University degree or master’s in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Able to set a clear vision, define objectives, and achieve tangible results
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
Working Conditions
• Salary: $80,000 to $120,000/year, depending on experience
