Mechanical Drafter – Manufacturing

I’m Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech. I’m currently seeking a Draftsperson for a well established manufacturing company looking for a technically driven and detail oriented professional to join its design team.
Mission
Your Role :
• Produce accurate approval drawings based on sales proposals and client orders.
• Update and revise drawings as projects evolve.
• Prepare assembly drawings and ensure overall consistency and quality.
• Work closely with designers and project managers to maintain a steady workflow to production.
• Detect and report any discrepancies and take corrective actions when required.
• Contribute to departmental goals and continuous improvement projects.
Your profile
Your Profile :
• Diploma in Building or Industrial Drafting, or equivalent training.
• Two to five years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and autonomy in daily tasks.
Working Conditions
• Annual salary between $50,000 and $70,000, based on experience.
• Full time, day shift position.
• Dynamic manufacturing setting with strong teamwork values.
