We are currently recruiting for a leading Canadian B2B distribution organization seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join their growing technology team in a modern cloud-first environment.
Mission
As a member of the IT team, you will provide hands-on technical support to internal users and help maintain a reliable and efficient IT environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering Level 2 technical support to end users;
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and workstation issues;
Supporting and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment;
Resolving issues related to Outlook and email services;
Assisting users with selected functionalities within the Epicor ERP platform
Escalating complex incidents when appropriate;
Maintaining accurate documentation and support records;
Collaborating with internal IT teams and external technology partners.
The organization operates in a fully cloud-based environment and works with specialized partners for network operations and cybersecurity services.
Your profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT technical support;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies;
Experience supporting Outlook and end-user environments;
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Fully bilingual in English and French;
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization;
Strong team player with a proactive mindset.
Working Conditions
