• 10 to 15 years of experience in IT support, including 5 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, macOS, Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Leadership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to manage priorities
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Quebec
