I’m currently hiring a Digital Transformation & Enterprise Solutions Manager for a multi-site organization undergoing major digital transformation initiatives, where system integration, automation, and data analytics are strategic priorities.

Mission

Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for aligning business needs with enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
You will lead strategic projects related to business systems, process automation, and data optimization while coordinating analysts and cross-functional stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Defining and supporting the organization’s enterprise systems vision
• Assessing business needs and recommending scalable technology solutions
• Coordinating system improvements and deployments with internal teams and vendors
• Promoting integration and collaboration across enterprise systems
• Developing and optimizing automated data collection and analytics processes
• Building dashboards and strategic reports using Power BI
• Automating data flows across multiple platforms (CRM, HR, transportation, ERP, etc.)
• Translating business needs into technical and functional requirements
• Supporting UAT testing, deployments, and user adoption
• Leading and mentoring a multi-level analyst team
• Contributing to Agile and continuous improvement practices

Your profile

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
What we’re looking for:
• University degree in IT, analytics, business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, or analytics
• Strong understanding of application development lifecycle
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o SQL
o Microsoft Power BI
o Python
• Experience with:
o Data mapping and integration
o Data warehousing
o Dashboard development
o Data automation processes
• Knowledge of R or statistical tools is an asset
• Experience with Agile methodologies / ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team leadership or coordination experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Fluent French and English required

• Exposure to governance and organizational transformation initiatives
• Availability for occasional travel

Working Conditions
• Permanent full-time position
• Start date: May 2026
• Hybrid work model
• Salary: $104,152 to $138,867, depending on experience
• 30 vacation days annually
