You will be responsible for overseeing DevOps activities related to ERP systems, including development, support, quality and delivery performance. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure reliable, high‑quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Your role also includes leading the ERP development team, standardizing development practices and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and Support Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP application support tickets, from intake through delivery and quality assurance.
Ensure timely resolution and high service‑quality standards.
System Delivery and Performance
Define realistic delivery timelines, expectations and outcomes.
Ensure ERP solutions align with business objectives.
Monitor and maintain the quality and performance of development work.
Process Optimization and Standardization
Continuously improve and standardize ERP development processes using DevOps best practices.
Implement standards that promote consistency, efficiency and maintainability.
Drive continuous improvement across workflows and development practices.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, coach and develop the ERP development team.
Conduct performance reviews, mentorship and skills development initiatives.
Promote a culture of collaboration, learning and quality.
Support the team in addressing and resolving complex technical challenges.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with architecture, IT leadership and DevOps stakeholders to align technological strategies.
Ensure technical decisions support long‑term organizational objectives.
Your profile
Your Profile
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
A master’s degree or certifications in DevOps, project management or related disciplines are an asset.
5–10 years of experience as a developer, with strong expertise in .NET technologies.
At least 2–3 years of management experience, preferably in a DevOps environment.
More than 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of ERP environments.
Experience with issue‑tracking and collaboration tools.
Solid background in application development (C#, relational databases).
Core Competencies
Proven leadership and team‑management skills with a focus on people development.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of modern DevOps methodologies, clean‑code principles, code reviews and software development best practices.
