Reporting to IT leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, structuring and delivering high‑impact data‑driven and AI initiatives. Your mandate is to transform business needs into scalable, measurable and sustainable solutions while driving adoption across the organization.
You will also play a key role in establishing structured practices and supporting change management efforts in a fast‑evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Initiative Identification & Delivery
Identify, prioritize and execute high‑impact AI and automation use cases.
Translate business challenges into concrete, scalable and measurable solutions.
Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives.
Data & Analytics
Extract, structure, model and leverage data from various systems.
Build performance dashboards and decision‑support tools.
Ensure data quality, consistency and relevance.
Automation & Technology Solutions
Design and implement automated workflows and orchestration solutions.
Establish robust processes to move from experimentation to operational excellence.
Integrate innovative technologies into business operations.
Transformation & Adoption
Act as a change leader in the adoption of AI and digital tools.
Train and support teams on best practices and usage of solutions.
Provide ongoing support and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Your profile
Your Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in technology, data, automation or digital transformation roles.
Hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in a business context.
Experience managing cross‑functional projects and supporting change initiatives.
Experience in operational environments (manufacturing, logistics, distribution) is an asset.
Certifications in AI, analytics or digital transformation are an asset.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with data analytics, visualization and automation tools.
Experience with modern AI and orchestration platforms.
Understanding of databases and analytical environments.
