I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our recruitment consultants are IT experts who speak your language and operate in your world. We cover roles in IT, including development, business intelligence, and infrastructure.
Mission
We are seeking a Developer Analyst to support this initiative, working closely with internal teams
Business Needs Analysis
Lead workshops with operational teams (memberships, donations, volunteers, events) to gather and document business needs.
Identify gaps and limitations in the current partial use of the CRM.
Document functional requirements to support cohesive integration of tools (CRM, Office 365, volunteer management platform, Accomba, etc.).
Functional Specifications & Development
Draft detailed technical and functional specifications for CRM development and integrations.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal resources on CRM enhancements.
Ensure data consistency and build automated workflows (e.g., for reporting and data sharing).
Implementation Support & Systems Integration
Work closely with IT and operational teams to integrate existing systems (volunteer management, donor platforms, event participant databases) into the CRM.
Build integrations and drive adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite.
Participate in system configuration, testing, and rollout.
Documentation & Change Support
Produce clear and thorough documentation (process flows, user guides, standard operating procedures).
Support end users during the transition and adoption phases.
Help foster a digital-first culture around the organization’s tools and platforms.
Your profile
5+ years of experience as a Developer Analyst, ideally in a non-profit or transformation-focused context.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration and custom integrations).
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience integrating third-party systems: volunteer platforms, donor CRMs, accounting tools like Accomba.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, development, and change support.
Comfortable working in evolving environments with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication skills in French (required); English is an asset.
