Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead ERP optimization and digital transformation projects across the organization.
This is a key role where you’ll help modernize business processes and strengthen the company’s technological performance.

Mission

• Collaborating with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales, Management) and ERP consultants.
• Leading ERP improvement and IT transformation initiatives.
• Gathering requirements, analyzing gaps, and proposing tailored solutions.
• Implementing digital transformation projects (Power Platform, automation, AI).
• Managing project deliverables, milestones, and communications.
• Presenting progress and insights to senior management.
• Promoting best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

Your profile

We’re looking for a structured, collaborative, and people-focused Functional Analyst, comfortable in a manufacturing environment where projects have a real, measurable impact.

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 + years in functional analysis or ERP project management.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (BI, Automate, etc.), SQL, APIs, and ERP integration.
• Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual: fluent in French, intermediate-to-advanced English.

Working Conditions
• Permanent, full-time, daytime position, based in Boucherville.
• Competitive salary: between $85 000 and $100 000, depending on experience.
• Flexible schedule, primarily on-site with occasional remote flexibility.
