I am currently recruiting for a well-established company operating in the retail and distribution industry, located in Montreal, for a Data & Systems Analyst role.
Mission
In this position, you will act as the internal IT and data point of contact, playing a key role across operations, systems, and data flows.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and integrating supplier data (text files, data cleansing, transformation, and import into ERP – Momentis)
Creating and updating product information (styles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, etc.)
Managing product image integration (upload, mapping, and association)
Maintaining and optimizing the internal B2B platform
Supporting e-commerce operations (Shopify, Lightspeed, Signify)
Contributing to reporting activities (Power BI)
Improving and automating processes (Excel and internal tools)
Acting as liaison with external IT partners (ERP provider, technical vendors)
Supporting internal teams (sales, operations, logistics)
Proactively suggesting improvements and efficiencies
Your profile
+2 years of experience in a similar role (data, ERP, IT support, operations)
Solid understanding of ERP systems (Momentis or similar is a plus)
Experience with data integration and manipulation
Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lightspeed is an asset)
Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level)
Knowledge of Power BI (asset)
Bilingualism required: strong English is essential, functional French
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
