We are currently partnering with a well-established organization operating in the financial services and infrastructure investment sector. Known for its structured yet fast-paced environment, the organization is looking to add a SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Administrator with a strong focus on information governance and cybersecurity.
Mission
You will act as a key technical and governance leader responsible for the administration, structure, security, and compliance of the organization’s SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Acting as a bridge between IT, cybersecurity and business teams, your work will ensure trusted, compliant and well-managed information across platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Administering and governing SharePoint Online in alignment with Microsoft 365 best practices
Designing and maintaining secure site architectures, permission models and lifecycle policies
Leading end-to-end SharePoint Online migrations
Implementing and managing compliance and data protection controls using Microsoft Purview
Ensuring data security across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange in collaboration with cybersecurity stakeholders
Supporting audit, risk management and compliance initiatives
Producing and maintaining clear technical documentation
Supporting user adoption, training, and best practices around information governance
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online
Strong technical expertise in:
SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online
Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity/access management
Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools
Experience with Microsoft Purview is a strong asset
PowerShell experience for M365 administration
Knowledge of Windows Server and infrastructure fundamentals
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and discretion
Excellent communication and documentation skills
