Mission

We are seeking an Accounting Technician / Administrative Assistant to join a family office at Westmount.
This is a key position combining operational accounting responsibilities and administrative support, within a confidential, stable, and structured environment.

Responsibilities :
Accounting Duties
• Manage the full accounting cycle
• Maintain bookkeeping and update bank accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Complete year‑end journal entries and prepare financial statements
• Monitor and organize bank statements
• Manage and file accounting documents (scanning, archiving)

Administrative Duties
• Provide direct administrative support to the owner/manager of the family office
• Handle administrative and document management tasks related to real estate assets
• Organize, classify, and track confidential files
• Provide general day‑to‑day administrative support

Your profile

Desired Profile
• Experience or strong understanding of the real estate sector
• Experience in a family office, SME, or private‑ownership environment
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
• Strong professional maturity and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently
• Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality

Requirements
• Education in accounting and administration
• Bilingual French / English (used daily)
• Advanced Excel skills
