My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of financial experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll professions.
I am looking for a senior accounting technician specializing in inter-company transactions and bank reconciliations, for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode in Brossard.
Mission
Key activities
Carry out bank reconciliation of several accounts;
Participate in the reconciliation and analysis of inter-company accounts;
Carry out the reconciliation of accounts payable;
Carry out the reconciliation of accounts receivable and deposits;
Ensure the accounting of loans and interests;
Participate in the analysis of balance sheet accounts;
Participate in the month-end, quarterly and annual process (journal entries);
Participate in the drafting of notes for the financial statements;
Collaborate in the completion of various projects and files.
Your profile
Required training and experience
Technical DEC in accounting and management;
3 to 5 years of experience in similar functions;
Oral and written French/English bilingualism (exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, clients and suppliers in other provinces or other countries);
Mastery of the office suite and advanced mastery of Excel (essential).
Skills sought
Computer knowledge: Sharepoint, AS400 (an asset)
Excellent ability to manage priorities and work in a team;
Ability to plan and manage time, analyze and work on several files at once;
Autonomy, diplomacy and respect for confidentiality;
Have rigor and attention to detail.
