My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent, on-site position.

Mission

- Process a high volume of supplier invoices (validation, coding, and entry into Acomba).
- Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
- Prepare payments (checks, wire transfers, electronic transfers).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues.
- Keep supplier files up to date and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Participate in monthly closings and analyses related to accounts payable.

Your profile

- Relevant experience in accounts payable in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Acomba software.
- Bilingualism in French/English (spoken and written).
- Excellent priority management and ability to work under pressure.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented.

PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the Chief Accountant.
