My name is Romane, I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for an FP&A Manager for my client in the aerospace sector. This is a permanent position in Longueuil.
Mission
Your main responsibilities:
• Coordinate the month-end process: updates, forecasts, and analyses.
• Participate in the development of the long-term financial plan (LRP).
• Contribute to the execution of control tests as part of compliance requirements.
• Manage the complete budget cycle for corporate expenses (SG&A), including monthly monitoring, forecasts, and supervision of a Europe-based analyst.
• Lead the entire investment process (Capex/Managed), including budgets, monitoring, forecasts, approval requests, and the preparation of presentations for management.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and financial process transformation projects.
Your profile
Desired profile:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration (finance or accounting).
• CPA designation (or working towards obtaining it).
• Experience in financial control, budget analysis, or investment management.
• Bilingual (French/English), both orally and in writing, to communicate with English-speaking audiences.
• Organized, autonomous, curious, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable with Excel, SAP, and financial analysis tools.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Romane Dumaine, Recruitment Advisor, followed by the Department Director.
