Mission
Main Mission
The accounting clerk is responsible for the daily processing of the company's financial and accounting operations. They ensure the proper maintenance of records, compliance with internal procedures, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Enter accounting entries (customer/supplier invoices, bank transactions, expense reports).
- Verify and reconcile accounts (banks, suppliers, customers).
- Participate in the management of payments and receipts.
- File and archive accounting documents.
- Assist the accountant or head accountant in the preparation of balance sheets and tax returns.
- Monitor deadlines (payments, declarations, reminders).
Your profile
Required Skills
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting and office software (Excel, Word).
- Rigor, organizational skills, and discretion.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience
- Diploma in accounting, management, or finance (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting and Management).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
