The Role
In a context of operational continuity and team strengthening, we are recruiting a Purchasing Coordinator.
Acting as a key point of contact between the warehouse, internal teams, and suppliers, you will play a central role in managing purchasing activities and operational follow-up, from order creation through to receipt and system updates.
Key Responsibilities
Creating Sales Orders in the management system (Sage)
Preparing, validating, and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
Monitoring order confirmations, delivery timelines, and ETAs
Updating purchasing and project information in D-Tools
Tracking open purchase orders (Open POs) and ensuring proper follow-up
Managing supplier communication and maintaining effective relationships
Collaborating closely with internal teams (projects, warehouse, operations)
Supporting asset management, AV kits, and inventory control
Ensuring operational and project requirements are consistently met
Your profile
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in managing follow-ups
Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working with ERP systems and management tools (Sage, D-Tools or equivalent)
Strong proficiency in Excel and administrative tools
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
