Mission
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating floor activities, ensuring performance, safety, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and assign tasks based on operational priorities
• Monitor team performance and support employees in achieving targets
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety standards
• Oversee equipment usage and follow up on maintenance needs
• Ensure efficient product flow and operational accuracy
• Identify gaps, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain smooth operations while meeting deadlines
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
Your profile
• Education in logistics, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in team supervision, ideally in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and demanding setting
• Strong leadership skills, accountability, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in standard computer tools, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
