Mission

A major player in residential transportation is currently seeking a Transportation and Logistics Dispatcher to join its team. Experiencing strong growth, the company operates in a dynamic and structured environment, with activities across multiple regions in North America.

Mission
Reporting to the Operations Management team, you will play a key role in coordinating and planning transportation and moving activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating moving operations (residential, commercial, and international), home delivery, and warehousing
- Analyzing the requirements of each assignment and allocating teams based on skills and availability
- Adjusting schedules in real time to optimize operations
- Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and the transportation fleet
- Understanding operational documents related to international activities (training provided)



Conditions and Work Environment
- 100% on-site position
- Schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Salary: $55,000 to $65,000
- Dynamic work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Your profile

Your Profile
- Experience in dispatching, ideally within the transportation or moving industry
- Solid understanding of residential operations (international exposure can be learned)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Comfortable working early morning hours and handling operational pressure
- Bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred
- Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset
