Mission
Your Role :
• Program and set up CNC machines according to technical specifications.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of operations and report any issues.
• Train and mentor CNC operators.
Your profile
Your Profile :
• Diploma in mechanics, machining, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist in an industrial environment.
• Proficient with CNC programming software and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Working Conditions :
• Permanent, full-time position, day shift.
• Location: Saint-Laurent (Montréal).
• Salary: $58,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
