Mission
Your Role
As an Industrial Project Engineer, you will oversee the entire life cycle of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, from planning through to commissioning. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative technical solutions, all while ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and safety and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute CAPEX projects.
• Define technical requirements in collaboration with operational teams.
• Prepare quotes, specifications, and tender documents.
• Lead redesign and improvement projects following 5S and EHS principles.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance equipment reliability, security, and performance.
• Oversee the design or manufacture of specialized tooling.
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and communications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD (2D) and INVENTOR (3D).
• Experience with CMMS (INTERAL or equivalent).
• Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, be a team player, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
