Supply Chain Optimization Project Manager

I'm Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Consultant at Fed ManuTech. I'm currently looking for a Supply Chain Optimization Project Manager to join a fast-growing company in the specialized hardware sector. This is a strategic role supporting operational transformation within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Mission

Your Role :

Under the Supply Chain Director, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. You’ll coordinate cross-functional projects involving various departments (logistics, IT, finance, customer service, marketing) and implement innovative, practical solutions that support the company’s growth.

Your key responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end optimization projects (planning, execution, monitoring).
• Standardize and document internal processes and tools.
• Recommend improvements in transportation, distribution, ERP systems, and internal workflows.
• Design process maps, create performance indicators, and document scenarios.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, testing phases, and solution implementation.
• Actively support digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.

Your profile

Your Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or operations management.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management, logistics, or process optimization.
• Comfortable with ERP/MRP systems (JDE, AS400, Optimiza – a plus) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bilingual (French & English), both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Working Conditions :

• Permanent full-time position, 40 hrs/week – day shift.
• Salary between $85,000 and $95,000, with flexibility based on experience.
