Mission
As a Technical Lead – Software Development (C++/C#), you’ll act as the technical reference for the team.
You’ll take part in designing architectures, developing high-performance software, and guiding development practices, without direct managerial duties.
Your role will be to lead by expertise, ensuring code quality, scalability, and innovation.
Main Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions in C# and C++ (v11 and above).
Collaborate on architecture and technical design for scalable, high-performance systems.
Provide technical mentorship and promote best practices within the team.
Contribute to the integration of motion technology into entertainment ecosystems.
Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of existing solutions.
Participate in technical reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in .NET/C# and modern C++ (C++11 or newer).
Strong knowledge of OOP design, data modeling, and software architecture principles.
Analytical mindset, technical leadership, and autonomy.
Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written.
Assets: Cloud (AWS/Azure), automation, AI tools, software architecture experience.
