Developer / System Administrator – Microsoft D365 F&O

Mission
As the principal D365 F&O developer and system administrator, you will be responsible for software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections, integrations, and ongoing monitoring and administration of the system.
Your daily responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules using X++, extensions, and Microsoft best practices
• Participate in technical design and requirements analysis with functional analysts
• Build SSRS reports and Power Platform‑based outputs (Power BI, Power Automate, Docentric, etc.)
• Collaborate with integration teams on Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps
• Execute unit testing and work with QA teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Support production deployments, post‑implementation stabilization, and technical documentation
• Stay current with D365 platform updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with functional analysts when issues involve ISV products

Your profile

Your profile:
• 3 to 5 years of ERP development experience, including at least 2 years with D365 F&O or AX 2012
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (F&O Core / Developer Associate)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, or Power Platform
• Experience with Power Automate and Copilot features in D365
• Knowledge of Agile / DevOps methodologies
• Experience with large‑scale ERP implementations
• Strong proficiency in X++ and Dynamics 365 development tools
• Solid understanding of F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management
• Experience with integrations, Data Entities, and the ALM cycle (Azure DevOps) is an asset
• Knowledge of Microsoft development standards (extensions, no‑overlayering)
• Familiarity with the following ISV or Microsoft solutions: [to validate with client]
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Ability to share knowledge and support other developers in best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism required)
