Mission
Reporting to the Director of User Services, you’ll oversee the coordination of technical support and IT service delivery.
This hands-on leadership position combines technical expertise, workflow management, and close collaboration with end users in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing and prioritizing helpdesk requests, assigning tickets based on urgency and expertise.
Monitoring ticket progress, ensuring timely resolutions and service quality.
Providing Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
Administering user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
Maintaining hardware and office systems (computers, printers, IP phones).
Documenting incidents, solutions, and process improvements.
Working closely with IT colleagues to enhance efficiency and security.
Supporting ongoing IT projects and ensuring clear communication with users.

Your Profile
You’re a skilled, service-oriented IT professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities.
What we’re looking for:
College or university degree in IT or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical support or IT coordination.
Proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS) and IP telephony.
Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Bilingual: fluent in French and English.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional or ITIL Foundation are an asset.
Working Conditions
Permanent, full-time position, based in LaSalle.
Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
100% on-site, with occasional travel to nearby locations in Greater Montreal.
