Reporting to the Director of Development, you will play a strategic role as a hybrid Functional Analyst / Project Manager, acting as the bridge between functional vision and technical execution, working closely with developers.
Your mission will be to transform business needs into concrete solutions and contribute to delivering key features of the platform.
Your main responsibilities:
• Define and execute development priorities.
• Manage the backlog and ensure project follow-up.
• Perform necessary tests to guarantee the quality of deliverables.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for key features.
• Participate in continuous optimization of the solution and process improvement.
• Contribute to product strategy and evolution planning.

We are looking for an experienced professional, passionate about technology and project management, able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with prior experience in e-commerce.
Technologies & stack used:
• Microsoft Azure (Infrastructure & cloud services)
• DevOps (CI/CD, automation, pipelines)
• React.js
• C# / .NET
• PostgreSQL
Your strengths:
• Significant experience in software development, with a transition toward project management or Product Owner role.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of code.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset, autonomy, and sense of priorities.
• Strong interest in circular economy and environmental responsibility.
Conditions
• Permanent position, full-time.
• Location: South Shore of Montreal, hybrid model preferred (3-4 days in the office).
• Salary: approximately $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Vacation: 3 to 4 weeks, flexible.
