I’m recruiting for a growing Quebec-based company in the B2B services sector, looking to strengthen its internal team through a hybrid digital projects + business optimization role.
Your Role
In this strategic position, you’ll work directly with the President to structure operations, improve digital tools, and support growth.
Your mission is to take ownership of practical topics, frame them clearly, propose simple and effective plans, and drive execution end-to-end with measurable impact.

Mission

• Leading digital transformation projects tied to operational workflows (processes, tools, internal flows, standardization).
• Reviewing internal and outsourced operations, and building more efficient and better-controlled processes.
• Identifying and prioritizing IT/digital needs: planning tools, operational tracking, partner management, customer experience, dashboards.
• Creating and monitoring operational and financial KPIs (service quality, timelines, profitability, cost control, customer satisfaction).
• Optimizing collaboration with external partners through governance and continuous improvement.
• Supporting business performance: account optimization, profitability, and scalable growth structure.
• Acting as a hands-on projects + business lead, ensuring full coordination and delivery.

Your profile

You’re a hybrid professional who can bridge field operations, digital/IT projects, and business priorities, with a pragmatic execution mindset.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience in digital project management, operational improvement, or business transformation, ideally in a multi-site or mobile services environment.
• Ability to simplify complexity, prioritize fast, and deliver concrete results.
• Strong comfort with data and digital tools (KPIs, dashboards, Excel/BI, operational systems).
• Service-driven, analytical, and highly organized.
• Great communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Autonomous, proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.
