We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Analyst Programmer (FO) - System Administrator to join a fine company located west of Montreal. This is a permanent, hybrid position (first 3 months on site).

Mission

A dynamic environment is seeking a Dynamics 365 FO System Administrator to oversee system configuration, ongoing maintenance, user support, and optimization of the D365FO platform. The role aims to ensure consistent, efficient, and best-practice use of the system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage core administrative tasks such as user access, security roles, and validation tables
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and suggest improvements
Develop and maintain reports, forms, and dashboards
Configure and manage workflows and automated processes
Handle data uploads and manage data import/export operations
Investigate and resolve system incidents and anomalies to ensure optimal performance
Support system upgrades and updates to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruptions
Document support processes and provide user assistance
Contribute to end-user training initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)
2 to 4 years of relevant experience with D365FO
Experience in implementing or optimizing Dynamics 365FO (an asset)
Familiarity with Azure services and the Microsoft technology stack (Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.)
Strong understanding of best practices and functional capabilities within D365FO
Experience with system configuration and data integration
Solid communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
Proactive, organized, and eager to bring innovative ideas to the table
Working conditions
Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
