Mission
The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing technical support activities within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

Required Technical Skills

🎓 Education and Experience
Typical qualifications for this position include:
Degree in Computer Science
Professional experience: Several years in IT support, with a progression toward coordination or team management responsibilities, and proven leadership experience.
English proficiency is required for this position for the following reasons:
Communication with English-speaking users and clients: You will regularly interact with them in both French and English, verbally and in writing.
Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners.

Second interview directly with the client, following the job presentation.
