As a Specialized Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a dedicated recruitment market, developing your own portfolio of clients and candidates while contributing to Fed Group's expansion in Ontario.
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your specialized market.
Build relationships with companies and key decision-makers across your sector.
Establish long-term client partnerships based on trust and expertise.
Play an active role in launching and growing Fed Group's presence in Toronto.
Headhunting & Recruitment
Identify, approach, and engage top talent within your specialized market.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals.
Proactively anticipate hiring needs and create recruitment opportunities.
Support candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Your profile
Who we're looking for
We're looking for ambitious, independent, and entrepreneurial professionals who want to build something meaningful.
Previous successful experience in a recruitment agency or headhunting environment.
A genuine passion for business development, recruitment, and achieving results.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in both English and French.
