I’m Caroline, a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal’s South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your industry. We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll.
I am currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Technician for my client based on Montreal’s South Shore. This is a permanent, on-site position.
Mission
- Process invoices and collect payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and handle collections.
- Respond to inquiries from co-owners regarding their accounts.
- Prepare calls for funds, special assessments, and adjustments.
- Make deposits and keep accounting records up to date.
- Assist with the closing of fiscal years.
Your profile
- DEC or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in accounts receivable or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of English; experience in real estate is a plus.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the General Manager.
