My name is Romane, recruitment and business development advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of financial experts speak your language and operate in your world. I am looking for a Credit and Collections Supervisor for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode in Brossard.

Mission

 Manage the performance and professional development of your team
 Ensure that the procedures, policies, law and best practices governing our area of ​​expertise are understood and applied.
 Report departmental performance periodically to directors and/or VPs of business sectors
 Act as a partner with business sectors and use your influence to resolve issues affecting our department
 See to the resolution of issues raised by your team.
 Facilitate exchanges between our department and our internal and external partners, such as managing complaints and requests for information.
 Prevent and resolve any crisis situation by acting at the appropriate time.
 Ensure the implementation of improvements to the current processes of our service in collaboration with the continuous improvement committees.
 Assist management in achieving business objectives related to your area of ​​expertise.
 Work in collaboration with the different teams in the department to achieve business objectives
 Act as second level manager of your team's portfolios in order to resolve any problematic situations.
 Ensure compliance with compliance norms and standards (SOX, PCIDSS, etc.) in order to guarantee the success of our audits.

Your profile

 You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in risk management and recovery.
 You master Excel at an intermediate-advanced level (functions, pivot tables).
 You are able to manage and develop a team specialized in the field of credit and collections.
 You have excellent communication skills.
 You have mobilizing leadership.
 You are able to help your team members develop and achieve their goals.
 You have the necessary discernment to ensure effective monitoring and implementation of solutions.
 You master both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the English-speaking provinces and the United States
