Your responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients
Lead and supervise compilation engagements (Notice to Reader)
Prepare financial statements and year-end files
Review work completed by junior team members and ensure quality standards
Advise clients on accounting and financial matters
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes
Mentor and support junior staff members
Your profile
Your profile :
CPA designation required
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in public accounting
Strong experience with compilation engagements
Solid understanding of SME business realities
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Natural leadership and collaborative mindset
