My name is Fiona, and I'm a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for a Finance Business Partner for a pharmaceutical company located in Brossard, (hybrid with 3 to 4 days TT).
Mission
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in achieving corporate objectives by acting as a true strategic partner. You will be responsible for producing monthly financial analyses and contributing to budget planning and forecasting exercises. Your work will help guide business decisions and strengthen the company's profitability.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect, structure, analyze and interpret financial data from various internal systems.
- Review and present monthly results to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in the evolution of dashboards and support internal customers in the identification and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the ongoing financial forecasting process and ensure rigorous variance monitoring.
- Perform financial analyses in connection with investment projects or ad hoc modeling requests.
- Develop long-term financial projections, from five-year strategic planning to annual budget forecasts.
Your profile
Vous vous démarquez par votre solide expertise en analyse financière et votre maîtrise des outils technologiques. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous possédez :
• Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans des rôles d’analyse financière avancée.
• Le titre professionnel CPA
• Une excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions de reporting), ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance d’un ERP tel que Microsoft Dynamics (AX ou 365).
• Une expérience pertinente avec des outils comme Power BI ou Power Query représente un atout majeur.
• Une grande capacité d’analyse dans des contextes complexes.
• Un sens aigu de l’initiative, de la curiosité intellectuelle, un esprit débrouillard, un leadership naturel, ainsi qu’une forte capacité à s’organiser et à gérer les priorités efficacement.
• Une approche collaborative, axée sur le travail d’équipe et la recherche de solutions collectives.
