My name is Caroline, and I am a recruitment consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.
I am looking for a Financial Director for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.
Mission
* Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor their implementation
* Oversee accounting operations and ensure the reliability and compliance of financial information
* Develop, optimize, and monitor dashboards and performance metrics
* Conduct financial analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and support decision-making
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial, accounting, and operational processes
* Work closely with internal teams to support the company’s strategic objectives
* Coordinate with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities
* Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory obligations, as well as the application of best practices in governance
Your profile
- Professional accounting certification (CPA or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in a finance role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
