Hello, I’m Océane, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll roles.
I am currently looking for an Accounting Analyst for my client, an accounting firm with around fifteen team members, located in Downtown Montreal. This is a full-time, permanent position offering opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring the entry of financial data, managing accounting records, and handling daily banking operations.
-Collaborating with team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
-Performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
-Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Preparing tax filings and reports in compliance with current regulations.
Your profile
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or DEP in Accounting (required)
-Strong knowledge of Xero and/or QuickBooks Online platforms and Excel (mandatory)
-Ability to work independently and respect deadlines
-Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with bilingual clients
