Our client is a well-established manufacturing company operating in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment. To support its continued growth, the organization is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team in the West Island of Montreal.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, process compliance, and effective supervision of the warehouse team.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel;
Ensure the efficient execution of receiving, storage, material handling, and shipping operations;
Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee transactions within the inventory management system;
Ensure all inventory movements are properly documented and recorded;
Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities;
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and overall operational standards;
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements;
Train, coach, and support warehouse employees;
Promote cross-training and workforce flexibility within the team;
Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Maintenance teams;
Support activities related to material disposition, disposal, and inventory control processes;
Maintain operational records and warehouse documentation;
Participate in the preparation of internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits;
Promote and enforce workplace health and safety policies;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

Your profile

3 to 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience;
Experience in a regulated or highly controlled manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset;
Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written;
High school diploma required; additional education in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is an asset;
Experience using inventory management systems;
Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory control processes;
Proven leadership and team management skills;
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities;
Proactive problem-solving skills;
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
